Apex Powersport Warranty Service Policy

Apex Powersport administers and supports manufacturer warranty policies for products sold through Apex Powersport and authorized retail partners. At this time, warranty support applies specifically to Alien Rider products.

Apex Powersport will provide warranty service and claim support for eligible Alien Rider products purchased through Alien Rider’s authorized retail network.

Warranty coverage generally applies for a period of twelve (12) months from the original purchase date unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.

Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Warranty Coverage

Warranty remedies are determined in accordance with the applicable manufacturer warranty policy and may include repair, replacement, replacement parts, or other support as approved by the manufacturer and Apex Powersport.

Warranty remedies are limited to the original purchase value of the product.

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, contact:

The email subject line must include your proof of purchase.

The email body should include:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Product model
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos if applicable

Apex Powersport may request additional information or troubleshooting steps before approving a warranty claim.

If a warranty return is approved, Apex Powersport will provide return instructions.

Products returned without prior authorization may be refused.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper installation
  • Cosmetic wear, scratches, fading, or normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by modifications, alterations, or unauthorized repairs
  • Water damage resulting from improper installation or use outside intended conditions
  • Products used in commercial, racing, rental, or competition environments unless specifically approved
  • Damage caused by improper power connections, electrical systems, or incompatible equipment
  • Loss, theft, or incidental damage
  • Consumable items or accessories unless defective upon delivery

Warranty coverage may be denied if the product shows evidence of improper installation, impact damage, tampering, or use inconsistent with product instructions.

Shipping Costs

For approved warranty claims within the United States, Apex Powersport may provide return shipping assistance at its discretion.

International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and international shipping costs associated with warranty claims unless otherwise required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Powersport shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of use, downtime, vehicle damage, loss of profits, or other related expenses.

Product Compatibility & Installation

Customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility and ensuring proper installation.

Professional installation is recommended for electronic and vehicle-integrated products.

Warranty Service Timing

Warranty processing times may vary depending on product inspection, parts availability, and technical evaluation.

Apex Powersport reserves the right to update or modify this Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice.
